ERP 不仅是一套先进的计算机管理软件，也是一种新型的管理思想和模式。它能对
企业的多种资源进行计划和控制，从而达到增加企业竞争力的目的。BPR 强调对现有的业务流程进行根本的再思考和彻底的再设计，以建立全新的流程型组织结构，促进经营管理水平得到改善。BPR 与ERP 的理性整合，对企业进行改造以提高其竞争力是一个充满挑战的课题，必须处理好它们之间的关系，否则将事与愿违。根据BPR 与ERP 的基本思想和原理，结合中国企业的实际，分析了两者之间的关系，认为BPR 和ERP 在现代企业建设中互相依赖、互相促进，只有把两者理性整合起来，才能取得预期的良好效果。

Abstract ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) is not only an advanced computer software,but
also a new management idea and model. It offers an overall planning and a strict controlling of the resources in the enterprise with the aim to boost its competition. BPR(Business Process
Reengineering) highlights the improvement of the business process and therefore basically
redesigns the current working process of the corporation in order to attain radical achievements in quality and service. It is an important issue for enterprises to study BPR and ERP to increase their abilities of competition. This paper develops the definition of principles and the relationship of BPR and ERP. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the actual situation of the Chinese corporations, we get the conclusion that the reasonable integration of BPR and ERP is the inevitable trend of the development of modern enterprise management.
