基于灰色广义预测的自动控制系统

工业锅炉控制系统是一个复杂的时变动态过程,传统的控制算法很难使之达到理想的
控制效果和较高的自动投运率。本文采用广义预测控制和具有比例积分结构的广义预测控制及灰色广义预测控制分别对锅炉的汽包水位、燃烧系统进行有效的控制,并对系统的性能进行定量定性分析。仿真结果验证了它们具有鲁棒性好、跟踪快速和抑制干扰能力强等特点。应用先进控制算法对工业锅炉进行控制,获得了优良调节品质、提高了燃烧效率、实现了节约能源,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: Combustion system for industrial boiler is a complicated time-varying and dynamic
process, and it is hard to achieve ideal control performance and higher rate of automatic operation with conventional control arithmetic. In this paper, generalized predictive control method, generalized predictive control with proportion and integration structure method and grey generalized predictive control method are used to control the water level and combustion system. The performance of this new control system is analyzed in this paper and the simulation results show that this new control method has better robustness, quick tracking and good resistant disturbances. So based on these advanced control methods, the industrial boiler control system introduced in this paper can get good regulation quality, enhance combustion efficiency and realize energy-saving, which has remarkable economic benefit and social benefit.
