Abstract : A motorcycle test system based on AT89C52 single2chip processor is designed. The design principle and structure of the test systemwhich integrates tests for axle weight ,braking forth and speed are presented. The proper appli2 cation of sensors and the method of designing signal circuit are discussed. Accurate test results can be obtained with sim2 ple operation. The system has good performance and reliability which has been used in practice.
