为了提高建筑结构中的位移测量准确度,介绍了一种基于位置敏感元件的激光非接触位移传感器,对传感器的设计进行了分析。研制的传感器的主要技术参数为工作距离为0. 4~7m ,位移幅值5mm ,测量分辨力1~7μm ,准确度10μm ,频率响应为0~100 Hz。 关键词: 振动测量; 非接触测量; 激光 Abstract : In order to increase accuracy of displacement ,a noncontact laser displacement sensor based on position sensi2 tive detector is introduced.
