细胞的识别是医学检测中的一个重要部分，很多疾病的诊治主要依靠医学专家观
察标本中细胞的形态，对细胞进行识别和分类。这种人工分类的工作重复而单调、效率低下。本文研究的基于小波变换的癌细胞边缘提取算法，有利于准确、快速识别癌细胞，具有很好的推广价值。
