声表面波无源无线传感系统

介绍了一种新型的无源、无线声表面波传感系统。传感器单元无电源供电,传感的能量来自外界的无线电磁波。传感器单元间,输入和输出均采用非接触的无线方式,无需电线连接。在声表面波传感器中,特殊叉指换能器构造了无源无线编码器和解码器,它能对众多传感器单元编码。该传感器可广泛应用于各种智能结构系统和工程应用中。

Abstract :A new passive and wireless Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) sensor array is introduced. The energy of sensing comes from external radio electromagnetic wave. The sensing output is also transmitted in a contactless way ,so there is no2 cable connection for signal readout and power supply to the array or between the elements in the array. In the SAW sen2 sor ,special Inter2Digital transducer ( IDT) on a piezoelectric substrate constructs passive SAW encoding and decoding ele2 ment. The sensor elements are available to be embedded in various engineering materials to construct distributed wireless sensor array to realize the sensory function of smart material and structure.
