探索光纤在载荷力微扰下的输出与力的关系特性。利用压电陶瓷的振动驱动在力作用下的微弯变形器扰动光纤,改变其输出。实验表明,在0. 5~12mN 范围内输出与力成线性关系,线性度为1 % ,且系统设计具有机械调零、过载保护功能。 Abstract : The characteristic of output of optical2fiber by load change is searched for. Using vibrational piezoce2 ramic material by force to drive the optical2fiber ,record the changing output . The experiment shows the relation2 ship between output and force is linearity in range 0. 5~12 mN ,the linearity is 1 %.
