基于目前国内车牌半成品大多采用手工生产或单工位自动化生产的现状，设计出一种基于Profibus 现场总线的车牌半成品自动生产线网络控制系统。此控制系统在国内首次实现了车牌半成品的全自动化生产，从根本上提高了生产效率与生产质量。在企业生产中成功应用验证了此控制系统具有很高的实用和推广价值。

Abstract—Based on the state of manual manufacture or separate automatic manufacture of semi-products of vehicle license plate in our country presently, a kind of automatic product line's network control system for semi-products of vehicle license plate based on Profibus is designed. The solution realizes automatic manufacture of vehicle license plate entirely, improves the producing efficiency and quality radically. The successful application in factory demonstrates the high practicality and generalizing value of this control system.
