针对野外测井作业中大量采集数据需要存储的问题,提出了一种基于SOPC 的井下参数测试仪。该测试仪采用激发极化法实现井下参数的测量,以SD 卡为数据存储载体、具有 USB2.0 接口。文中对该系统各硬件模块及其关键技术进行了详细的论述。 关键词:油井井下参数;SOPC;SD 卡;USB2.0 Abstract: Aiming at the problem that a large amount of gathered data need be stored during logging work outdoors, this paper presents a detective instrument for sensing oil-well data based on SOPC. The set uses induced polarization approach to measure parameters of oil-well. It uses SD memory card to store data, and features USB2.0 interface.
