介绍图像传感器对快速热成型工件的外径在线检测原理。通过对误差因素的实验验证和理论分析,给出一种适用的图像信号的综合误差补偿方法。该方法避开了难以检测的误差因素,借助易测的相关参量的在线估值,适时给出误差补偿量。该系统用于热工现场,测控精度满足工艺要求。 关键词: 热成型; 在线检测; 误差补偿 Abstract : The principle of an imaging sensor used for on2line measurement of workpieces produced by high speed hot forming is presented. And a new compensation method of the synthesis error of on2line measurement of the image sensor signal is given by proof test and theoretic analysis of the major factors which resulted in the errors. Through this new method , the difficulties in direct on2line measurement of some errors are overcome by means of the on2line estimated value of correlative parameters which are easy to determine , and the compensated amount of the cor2 responding error is given. Its application to the hot forming testing field showed that the measuring precision of this new method is satisfactory. Key words : Hot forming ; On2line measurement ; Error compensation
