利用Fabry2Perot 腔的选频特性,考虑与光纤的低损耗窗口相一致和价格等因素,采用价廉的113μm 波段的LED 作为光源,实现了PZT对Fabry2Perot 腔的正弦调制。对甲烷气体浓度进行谐波检测,检测灵敏度可达10 ×10 - 6 ,大大提高了灵敏度和稳定性。

Abstract : With selection function of Fabry2Perot cavity , in accordance with low2loss window and price factor of optical fiber , a new approach of using cheap 113μm LED to realize sinusoidal modulation of Fabry2Perot cavity by PZT and implement harmonic detection of CH4 concentration is described. Our experiment has shown that the detection
sensitivity is 10 ppm. Compared with traditional detection methods , the detection sensitivity and reliability of CH4 gas concentration by using this method have been greatly improved.
