本文采用一种新型的通信标准USB，研制出一种基于USB 接口的实用型数据采集卡。
硬件是一外置式的密封设备，软件具有很好的用户图形界面。整个系统功能齐全、操作简单，采样速度24MB/s 达到国内先进水平。详细论述了高速数据采集系统的硬件设计，并且对系统所使用的主要芯片和相关技术做了说明；本文还对USB 驱动程序、固件程序和应用层程序进行了开发。

Abstract: The paper adopts a new pattern communication criterion USB，and develops a
high-speed data acquisition card. The hardware result is an airtight device and the software plat as a friendly graphic user interface (GUI) which makes the system simple and powerful in
practical usage. The rate reaches 24Mb/s which reaches advanced level in home. This paper
discussed the hardware design of the data acquisition system and it describes the main chips and echnology used in the system. Otherwise, it developed the USB drive program, firmware program, nd application program.
