工程机械无线数传终端研究

针对工程机械远程监控与智能维护的需要,研究开发了一种基于CAN总线的无线数传
终端。该终端基于工程机械本身的CAN总线控制系统,采用嵌入式技术,以数字信号控制器TMS320F2808和GPRS/GPS二合一模块XT55为核心,融合CAN、GPRS、GPS和DSP/BIOS技术,通过CAN网络和工程机械内部控制系统无缝集成,实时采集装备的运行状态参数,采用GPRS方式将数据发送至服务器。跨地域实验表明,该终端适用于对工程机械的远程监测,对实现设备的跟踪和主动维护具有积极的现实意义。

Abstract : According to the Construction Machinery Remote Monitoring and Intelligent
maintenance, this paper introduces a new kind of wireless-data-transmission terminals based on CAN bus. The terminal itself based on the construction machinery CAN bus control system, using embedded technology ,making digital signal controller TMS320F2808 and GPRS / GPS Combo modules XT55 at the core, blending CAN,GPRS,GPS and DSP/BIOS technology, seamlessly integrating itself with internal control system of engineering machinery by CAN bus, gathers real-time running parameters of the equipment and sends them to the server by GPRS means. Transregional experiments showed that the terminal was fit for the remote monitoring of construction machinery, and would have a positive and practical significance. to achieve the track of equipment and the active maintenance.
