ControlLogix系统在水厂气浮工艺中的应用

为了提高水厂的效率和自动化程度，采用了Rockwell公司的ControlLogix系统，实现水厂气浮工艺的自动监控。重点研究了ControlLogix的可编程序控制器（Programmable Logic Controller, PLC）-人机接口（Human Machine Interface, HMI）系统在水厂气浮工艺中的应用。结果表明：系统硬件、软件设计方案合理，能够实现预想的功能，证明了该方案的可行性。

Abstract：For the sake of the exaltation of the efficiency and the automation degrees of water factory, it is adopted the ControlLogix system of Rockwell, which carry out automatic supervision of the dissolved air flotation technology. The application of the system of PLC（Programmable Logic Controller）-HMI（Human Machine Interface）of ControlLogix in dissolved air flotation technology is emphasized. The result shows: the design of the hardware and software of the system is reasonable, and the expectant function is fulfilled, which proved the possibility of that project.
