基于ControlNet网络的水厂滤池自动控制系统

针对水厂净化车间滤池生产工艺及要求，设计了一套以ControlNet 为主的包括罗克韦尔（Rockwell）自动化NetLinx三层网络的水厂滤池自动控制系统。系统采用了Rockwell 的ControLogix5550 作为可编程控制器，借助ControlNet 和Ethernet平台，采用RSView32 监控组态软件，实现了水厂滤池在各种模式下的自动运行及不同模式间的切换。

Abstract: According to the techniques and requirements of the filters in water plant, a automatic control system of filters in water plant is designed based on ControlNet and Rockwell Automation NetLinx three layer network, which uses ControLogix 5550 as the
controller, ControlNet and EtherNet as the communication network, RSView as the supervisory configuration software, to realize the automatic work under each mode and the automatic switch among different modes of filters in the whole plant.
