本文通过具体实现一个可以运行uClinux 操作系统的最小SOPC 系统，较为完整地介绍了构建SOPC 系统以及构建Nios II 软核处理器的方法及步骤，并详细描述了uCLinux 操作系统在该SOPC 系统上的移植方法。此外，还进行了基于Nios II 处理器uClinux 操作系统下应用程序的开发，以从总体上完成实用性的验证。

Abstract: Based on a minimum SOPC system that runs on uClinux operating system
specifically, the paper introduced a method and relative steps of building a SOPC
system with Nios II processor, and has described in detail the method of adopting
an uCLinux as its operating system. In order to finish the verification of the
functions the system offered and make it practicable on the whole, the development
of application program based on the system is also mentioned.
