本文分析了PLC 控制系统集成中存在的一些问题，就此提出了利用OPC 技术可以很好的解决此问题。然后对OPC 数据服务器的结构进行了总体的介绍，分析了FX 系列PLC 的串口通信标准并利用WTOPCSvr.DLL 工具包开发FX 系列可编程控制器的OPC 数据服务器。经测试表明：该OPC 服务器符合OPC 规范，简化了PLC 控制系统的集成。

Abstract First this paper analyzes some questions in PLC control system integration ,thus advance using OPC technology can resolve the problem .Then introduces the structure of the OPC DA server, analyzes the serial communication technology of FX Serials PLC .And develop the OPC server of PLC by WTOPCSvr.DLL Toolkit .The test result proves that the OPC server conforms to the OPC standard specification and simplifies the integration of PLC control system.
