针对彩色平板玻璃生产工艺对烧结炉温度必须按照升降温曲线变化和多加热区温度
控制的需求，设计了由CAN 总线、工业控制机和智能节点等组成的玻璃烧结炉温度控制系统，解决了玻璃烧结炉多区温度精确控制的难题。实际运行效果表明，该系统能精确控制玻璃烧结炉18 路温度按照升降温曲线进行变化，温差小，完全达到了生产工艺的技术要求。

Abstract Aimed at the colorized glass plate production technology, a temperature control
system for glass sintering furnace is designed, in which the temperature must be changed
according to the given curve and the temperature control is multi-sectional. The system is
composed by CAN bus, industrial computer and intelligent node, which solves the puzzle of
precise control of multi-sectional temperature. In actual application, the system can control
temperature exactly for 18 ways as curve, and the difference in temperature is little, achieving the requirement of production technology completely.
