Freescale offers many low-power microcontrollers (MCUs),including the 32-bit Kinetis family. Kinetis offers severaldifferent low-power modes of operation, providing very lowstandby and run current consumption. Freescale also offersMQX™, the full-featured and complimentary Real-TimeOperating System (RTOS)。 Starting with version 3.8, MQXintegrates a Low-Power Management (LPM) driver to takeadvantage of the low-power operating modes in MQXapplications.This application describes the MQX LPM, how it works, andhow to use it. Specifically, it references the Kinetis K60family and the Tower TWR-K60N512 development board andBoard Support Package (BSP)。 However, other MCUs andboards are supported by the LPM; please refer to the latest
