摘要: 基于Matlab 强大的数学计算功能与友好的界面, 针对舟山市普陀区展茅流域进行防洪排涝分析, 选择最不利外海潮位和内河水位组合, 采用圩区排涝水文模拟法, 并利用Matlab 软件所提供的三次样条函数拟合、二元散乱点上的插值等工具编程实现了计算. 实例说明了该方法应用的有效性. 结果表明, 该方法计算过程简单, 可供工程设计和施工参

Abstract :At present , the concrete cutoff wall withlowelastic modulus is adoptedin main parts of impervious systemof hydraulic maintenance and strengthening engineering . However , due to the complex hydraulic conditions , the actual operating evaluation of concrete
cutoff wall withlowelastic modulus is currently a problem. The establishment of concrete cutoff wall adaptability evaluationsystemof low elastic modulus is talked about inthe paper based on hydraulic characteristics , as well as the cutoff wall internal characteristics and external conditions , whichis a scientific and comprehensive example of lowelastic concrete modulus applicative for the further study .
