轴流泵内部三维湍流场数值模拟

摘要: 设计了一900 型号的轴流泵, 进行了轴流泵全流道的三维造型和数值模拟, 数值模拟采用基于雷诺平均Navier-Stokes 方程和标准模型, 采用了SIMPLEC 算法. 通过数值模拟得出了叶片表面速度和压力分布规律. 通过分析结果表明:叶片表面的相对速度沿径向逐渐增大, 其分布规律符合圆柱层无关性假设; 叶片发生汽蚀的危险区域位于叶片外缘进口边到出口边约1/ 4 处; 叶轮出口处流场呈螺旋形向外运动趋势.

Abstract :Atype of Axial Pump 900 is designed while the whole channel flowis simulated withthe 3Destablished model . The functions of Navier- Stokes , the standard model andthe method of SIMPLEC are adopted during simulationcalculation. The distributionlawof the
velocity and the pressure are also obtained by simulation. It shows that the relative velocityis graduallyincreased alongthe radial which coincidence withthe assumptionof cylindrical layer of independence . The results shows that the crisis area whichis easyto happencavitationis
locatedinthe 1/ 4 positionouter blade edge fromthe inlet to the exit side . The flowmovement inthe impeller outside shows spiral-shaped .
