1.晶体管光耦(PhotoTransistor Coupler)是一种将发光器件和光敏器件组合在一起的半导体器件,用于实现电路之间的电气隔离,同时传递信号或功率。可分为单向晶体管光耦(直流)和双向晶体管光耦(交流).
The phototransistor coupler (Photo Transistor Coupler) is a semiconductor device thatcombines a light-emitting component with a photosensitive component,used to achieveelectrical isolation between circuits while transmitting signals or power. It can becategorized into unidirectional phototransistor couplers (DC) and bidirectionalphototransistor couplers(AC)

 

2.达林顿光耦是一种高电流转换比的光电耦合器,通常由发光二极管和达林顿晶体管组成,能够在保持驱动电路和负载电路之间的高度隔离的同时实现开关功能。达林顿光耦合器广泛应用于各种电子设备中,具有高电压和高灵敏度的特点。

3.可控硅光耦,是由输入侧的红外发光二极管与输出侧的可控硅(晶闸管)集成封装而成的器件。依靠光信号耦合,实现对输出端交流信号的控制,分为零交叉可控硅光耦(ZC)和随机相位可控硅光耦(NZC)两大类。

High speed optocoupler is an optoelectronic conversion device thatisolates and transmits electricalsignals through optical signals.
