Abstract :Using open Architecture CNC system designed with industry PC stantard to design and adjust electrical control system
of horizontal machining center ,and to develop software of PMC with C ++ , this paper points out the hardwares structure ,sush
as NC part ,servo ,machine tool electric ,handwheel ,network and communication ,thispaper also discusses the method to develop
modularized PMC software and adjustment steps of machine - electricity unite.
