红外传感器在速度测量中的应用

红外传感器采用红外线对射管阵列,实现多点测量,得到运动物体在测量点的即时速度和阶段的加速度信息。与传统红外传感器相比,采用分离式模式,分离距离可达到5 m以上,红外线对射管阵列间距可分辨1 cm精度,精度较高。详细分析了红外线对射管阵列的驱动模式,由脉冲方式驱动红外线发射管的工作模式,能够有效滤除强光中的红外线干扰。描述了有源滤波方式,能够滤除由周围物体反射接收到的红外线干扰。红外传感器加工简易、便于观察且携带便利。其单元化设计为装置的前端设备速度信息采集部分,可用于公路、工厂等需要测量运动物体多点即时速度和阶段加速度环境。
Abstract:
 Infrared sensor, with pairs of infrared radio tubes, achieves multi-point measurements, and gets information of speed in real-time and stage of acceleration of measurement points from moving objects. Compared with the conventional one, separated distance of a pair of infrared radio tubes can reach more than 5 meters, and infrared radio control array can distinguish one centimeter, which is of high precision. The mode of transmitter and receiver of pairs of infrared radio tubes is analyzed detailedly, and the work mode of infrared emission tubes, which is driven by the pulse, can effectively filter out the infrared light interference. Active filtering approach is described, interference caused by the surrounding objects can be filtered. The infrared sensor is easy to implement, observe and take. The unit design front-end part for the device to acquire speed data can be used for roads, factories, etc, which need to measure the speed in real-time and stage of acceleration from moving objects.
