微波射频开关的设计

介绍了一种新型利用pin diodes的4输入2输出射频开关的设计，给出了设计思想和详细的电路图，并介绍了这种射频微波器的印刷电路板的设计及其电磁兼容特性。准确分析了器件良好的散射和传输性能。该射频开关稳定性高，微波特性良好，能够准确应用于测试系统中电路的切换。目前，该射频开关已应用于某核磁共振测试系统中，效果良好，可靠性高。
Abstract:
 A new kind of? RF-switches of four inputs and two outputs with pin diodes is introduced,its design theory and methods are given,also its design of the PCB and the EMC are introduced in detail. This kind of RF-switch features good scattering and transmission.It can be used to switch in the measurement systems.Recently,the RF-switch has been applicated in a MR system,and the result is very good.
