基于TMS320F2812和DFU的多普勒流量计的设计

针对传统超声波多普勒流量计测量精度较低的问题,设计了一种基于TMS320F2812型DSP和双频超声波(Du?鄄al-frequency Ultrasonic,简称DFU)的超声波流量计系统。该系统通过对接收的两路异频多普勒信号进行功率谱分析、移位相乘和滤波等处理,提高了多普勒流量计的测量精度。文中详细给出其硬件设计过程和系统数据处理的工作流程。实验结果表明,该流量计性能稳定可靠,测量精度较高,是一种比较实用的流量测量系统。
Abstract:
 Aiming at the less measuring accuracy of traditional ultrasonic doppler flow meter,the design of an ultrasonic doppler flow meter based on TMS320F2812 and dual-frequency method is introduced in this paper.In this system, the measuring accuracy is improved by processing of received two channel doppler signals which have different frequency.These process include power spectral analysis,shift multiply and filtering,etc.The hardware design and data processing of the flow meter are described in detail.It has stable and reliable performance, higher measuring accuracy according to the experiment. It is a practical flow measurement system.
