摘要介绍了国产DCS 控制系统在山东铝业公司氧化铝厂1920t/ d 氧化铝循环焙烧炉国产化项目中的应用。阐述了焙烧炉的工艺流程、DCS 系统的硬件配置及软件组态，并对在相同工艺条件下所用两种不同DCS 控制的系统优劣进行了比较。

Abstract The application of distributed control system in project of Localization of 1920t/ d cyclic roaster of aluminum oxide in the Aluminum Plant of
Shandong Aluminum Corporation is presented. The technique process of the roaster，hardware composition and software configuration of DCS are expounded.
The merits and demerits of two different control systems under the same process are compared.
