These new antennas compliment Mobile Mark's 2.4GHz
antenna product line with a new mounting option. These
body mount style antennas can be mounted to any vehicle,
container or bulkhead. The rugged style is excellent for
industrial applications, yet attractive for consumer use.
The designs use a 16mm (0.625”) feed through for securing
to the vehicle. Access to the underside of the body surface
is required to complete the installation. The antennas are
outfitted with 30cm (1 foot) of RF-195 cable and TNC male
connector. Jumper cables for completing the installation
are supplied separately and use RF-195 low loss cable.
Alternatively, a longer integral cable can be supplied upon
request.
Antenna performance is 2.5dBi (max) for the ELRM3
Series and 2.0dBi (max) for the ELDM Series, with no
ground plane required for proper operation. The antennas
can even be mounted on fibreglass or plastic housing and
meet specifications.
