基于电力广域网的特点，构建一个分布式电网安全生产系统。利用IIS服务和.NET技术及ORACLE92数据库构建B/S三层架构的应用系统，实现资源的充分共享，为省电力公司ERP、门户等业务管理系统提供生产数据支持，使资源发挥最大效益。从三层架构及应用、分布式系统设计与系统接口实现，平台部分总体设计，消息组件设计与实现等4部分论述了该系统设计与实现中需要解决的问题。
Abstract:
 A distributed power security application production system is developed based on the characteristic of the power WAN. A B/S three-tier application system is constructed by the IIS service，.NET technology and ORACLE92 database. The system can make full use of resources，provide production data for the Provincial Power Company ERP，portals and other business management systems. This paper is mainly from four parts: three-tier architecture and application， distributed system design and system interface implementation， overall design of platform， and the design of message components，to discuss the problem which met in system design and realization.
