The MAX34561 is a dual, self-contained, hot-plug switchintended to be used on +12V and +5V power rails to limitthrough current and to control the power-up output-voltageramp. The device contains two on-board n-channelpower MOSFETs that are actively closed-loop controlledto ensure that an adjustable current limit is not exceeded.The maximum allowable current through the deviceis adjusted by external resistors connected between theLOAD and ILIM pins.
