可重用机床编码技术及重构算法研究:摘要:在产品开发过程中80%的设计工作是在重用的基础上进行的。设计重用能够缩短产品开发周期、降低设计成本和避免重复性错误。本文从可重用机床的模块分析入手,详细分析了可重用机床的组成模块特征,进而将可重用机床的模块编码系统分为模块主码、模块接口特征码和模块图纸管理码三部分组成。通过计算总相似系数得到与目标模块最接近的模块,给出了可重用机床模块选择算法的流程,并以可重用机床中的横梁为例进行了验证。 关键词:可重用机床;编码技术;重构算法 Machine design reusable coding technology and reconstruction algorithm Huang Fang1,2, Wang Jingkun3 (1 Institute of Network Information Security,Shandong University,Jinan 250001, China;2 Department of Computer Science and Technology,Shandong Agricultural Administrators’ College,Jinan 250001,China;3 School of Mechanical Engineering, Shandong University, Jinan 250061, China) Abstract: 80 percent of the design work was carried out on the reusable basis during the product development process. Design reuse can shorten the product development cycle, reduce design costs and avoid duplication errors. Reusable modules of the machine tools were analysis firstly in this paper, and then the characteristics of composition modules for the reusable machine were detailed. The module coding system of the reusable machine was made up of three parts: the main module code, the module interface module code and drawing management group code. The module which was found by calculating the similarity coefficients was the nearest module to the target module. The reusable machine module selection algorithm processes were given in this paper, and the reusable beams in the machine as an example was validated.
