The following information is relative to one 2Mx8 Flash
memory device. If you are using a module with multiple
devices organized to increase bus width (x16, x32), all
references to the signal data bus must be applied to
each of the multiple data buses. If you are using a
module with devices organized to increase memory
depth, the CS pins and upper address pin(s) need to be
used to select which devices are being accessed. modules
without a RESET pin have the RESET internally
connected to Vcc. Refer to the product data sheet block
diagram and pin configuration to clarify the organization
of the module.
