水位控制是工业锅炉控制系统中一个重要的环节,其控制质量的优劣直接影响到锅炉 的安全和经济效益。本文将一种基于模糊RBF 神经网络的PID 控制器应用与工业锅炉水位的控制当中,它结合了传统PID 以及神经网络和模糊控制的优点,可以在线调整得到一组最优的PID 控制参数。仿真结果表明这种控制器具有较好的适应性,控制效果得到明显改善。 关键词:锅炉水位;模糊神经网络; PID 控制;参数调整 RBF Fuzzy Neural Network in Boiler’s Water Control Liu min Ma junshuang Tangshan College,Tangshan 063000,China ) Abstract: The automated control of the steam package water level is a very important factor in industrial boiler production systems. The quality of the control will affect the safety and efficiency of the boiler. This article presents a controller which is based on Fuzzy Neural Networks and PID control in industrial boiler’s water level. This controller which combines the advantages of the Fuzzy control and Neutral Networks control can get the best PID parameters by self-adjustment on line. The simulation study proves that this control system has a better adaptability and can improve the control effect greatly.
