为了远程测量和控制多路设备温度,采用一种积分电路精确测量PT100 热电阻的阻值。同时采用AT89C51 单片机对所得数据进行非线形补偿,并通过RS-485 总线接口,将所获得数据传送上位机,以便真空控制系统的联网控制。由于本模块对输入量同时采用硬件和软件的非线形补偿,故具有精度高、可靠性较好、电路简单、成本低、体积小、生产调试方便等特点。 关键字:二线制;温度;热电阻;热电偶;积分电路;RS-485 总线 The application of the multi-channel temperature measure module In Vacuum Controlling System Guo Yuhui 1,2 , YihaiLiang 1,2, Wang Yanyu 1 , Qiao Weiming 1 (1 Institue of Modern Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,LanZhou,730000) (2 Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences ,Beijing,100039) Abstract: In order to measure and control some multi-channel temperature of device, I had designed an integral circuit base on PT100 and adopt AT89C51 controller to make data linear compensate. The module makes use of RS-485 series bus to carry out a vacuum remote-control system. The integral circuit adopts both hardware and software nonlinear compensation technology. Therefore, it has many advantages such as high accuracy, high reliability, small volume, simple circuit , low cost ,easy debugging and so on.
