编组站CIPS系统中班计划决策优化的研究

在铁路货运编组站计算机集成过程系统(CIPS)的设计中，班计划决策优化是一个很重要的问题。本文提出了基于遗传算法的班计划决策方案，实现了由路局班计划和站内执行状况自动化推算出优化配流方案，并对算法进行了部分优化。实验表明，该推算过程是可行的，结果是比较优化的。

Abstract: Optimization Of shift plan is an important problem in the Freight Classification Computer Integrated Process System (CIPS). This paper brings forward a solution based on genetic algorithms, which can calculate an optimized shift plan based on the plan from superior department and the status of the station. Experiments indicate that our solution is feasible and the result is optimized.
