针对 pH 控制具有不确定性的大滞后的油田污水处理系统,基于传统的Smith 预估器结构,提出 一种改进方案。在Smith 预测控制的基础上引入了模糊自整定方案,仿真和试验结果表明,新的控制方案 不仅具有满意的控制性能,而且具有较强鲁棒性和抗干扰性能,对时变大滞后对象具有良好的控制效果。 [关键词]:污水处理;pH控制;模糊控制;Smith预测控制 Abstract: An improved Smith-predictor based on the structure of traditional Smith-Predictor for the oil field waste water treatment pH control system with uncertainly and long dead time is presented. The scheme of fuzzy self-adjust based on the smith predict control is introduced. The simulation and experiment results show that this design is feasible and can provide higher characteristics to the controlled objects with time-varying parameters and long dead time.
