本文介绍一种自抗扰pH 控制方法。针对化工过程中pH 值中和具有严重非线性,因而 控制十分困难。当未知非线性系统中存在强干扰时,自抗扰控制器能表现出很强的适应性和鲁棒性. 为此,采用二阶自抗扰控制器来控制这一复杂非线性过程,并结合工程实际和理论分析,对pH 值中和过程进行仿真,相比传统PID 控制,能达到理想控制效果。 关键词:pH控制;自抗扰控制器;PID控制 Abstract: This paper introduces an auto-disturbance-rejection pH control method, for pH neutralization might be very difficult to control due to their highly nonlinear nature. An Auto-Disturbance-Rejection-Controller (ADRC) can be used for controlling a broad range of uncertain systems in the presence of strong disturbances, and still exhibits excellent adaptability and robustness. The paper address the problem of the utilization of a two-order ADRC for the abstract nonlinear process mentioned above. Simulation studies for pH neutralization substantiate that the ADRC controller can provide much better set-point tracking and disturbance rejection than traditional PID controllers.
