哈特曼传感器是一种对环境要求低,测量精度高的光束质量测量仪器,但传统方法不能对任意形状的光斑进行波前重构,即光束质量测量。文中采用超松弛法进行计算机仿真,验证了该方法能够适应任意入射形状光斑的波前复原,从原理上解决了哈特曼传感器测量任意 形状光斑光束质量问题。 关键词:哈特曼传感器;波前重构;超松池法 Abstract :Hartmann sensor can measure the beam quality with high accuracy. It can not be used to measure irregular beam shapes with common methods. In the paper ,successive overrelaxation method is used to reconstruct the wave2 front of Hartmann sensor in computer simulation. It shows that the method can reconstruct wavefront for irregular beam shapes and solved the problem that Hartmann sensor can measure regular beam shape only in principle.
