列车斜契检修质量直接影响着列车的正点、安全运行。详细介绍了使用位移传感器实现对斜楔有关尺寸进行检测及分拣的原理, 采用位移传感器和ADAM5510 工控机实现对斜楔的自动检测、分拣控制。整个系统实现成本较低, 运行可靠, 检测精度高。
