Abstract　To analyze the factors affecting wire ranging in orderwhile thick sp ring steelwire being coiled. By redesigning the rotation speed ratio between take2up and bare pole, raisingworking p recision of take2up reel, and marking the positions atwhich different diameter steelwires should indicate, the flat and compact take up goal is reached.
