This document is the test specification for the control unit c50-v and c52-v, respectively, of the company lma kilian.这个文件是各地kilian.公司c50-v and c52-v控制单元的测试标准。
It describes the tests to be conducted in order to prove the functionality of the control and regulation system .它是用来检测控制功能与系统调节的。
This document refers to the standard operating procedure (sop) va75-01. 这个文件引用的是va75-01标准操作程序。
User administration用户管理
For executing the tests it is necessary in most cases that the tester has logged in as a user with the authorization level 8.大多数情况下用户经8级授权登陆的测试是必须的。
Beside that, some tests require a user with the authorization for other levels.除此之外，某些测试要求使用者需得到其它级别的授权。
Therefore take care that, before executing the OQ,users with their appropriate passwords have been created for all levels.注意OQ执行前用户用适当的密码创建所有的权限等级。
After the OQ has been finished, the tester has to take care that all users entered by him are deleted again. OQ完成后，所有输入的用户必须由测试人员删除。
You can refer to the operation manual how to create and delete users.你可以查询操作手册建立或删除用户。
Saving of mask settings界面设置的保存
Before starting the tests you should save some data set types to guarantee that after the end of the validation the tablet press can produce again with the original customer settings.启动测试前保存一些设置的数据可确保压片再生产恢复到原始设置。
The production data set with the basic settings must be loaded into the system afterwards. after execution of all tests the data sets you have created must be deleted.基本的生产数据必须在以后装入系统，所有的模拟数据测试完成后必须删除。
Overview and test plan测试计划概要
The manner in which the tests are conducted is described in the standard operating procedure (sop VA75-01) for conducting validation tests and must be known to the tester.
按(sop VA75-01)标准操作程序进行测试，测试仪器必须是众所周知的。
The tests are executed in the order listed in the order listed in this document. Test numbering is made acc. To a specified system of KILIAN. A continuous numbering is not obligatory.测试必须按文件列出的顺序进行，测试编号为acc，对一个KILIAN指定的系统，不要求编号连续。
The following settings must be checked before starting each test to get defined initial conditions and reproducible test results:以下的设置在启动前必须效验，每一个测试必须和输入条件一致且测试结果可重现。
