基于.NET 的电力负荷预测系统

负荷预测是与电网调度运行、电力系统发展规划密切相关的一项重要的基础工作。本文所研究的负荷预测系统采用基于VB.NET 的三层应用结构,构建省地一体化预测平台,有机结合了负荷特性分析、负荷预测和考核管理三大功能,集成了包括超短期、短期、扩展短期及中长期在内的各类预测功能,充分考虑了气象因素和地区具体情况,体现了自组织、自学习、自适应的智能性。目前该系统已在湖南电网投入使用,实践表明,该系统能有效地缓解负荷预测工作压力,提高预测精度,具有良好的推广应用前景。

Abstract: load forecasting is an important foundation work of the control of power grid and power system planning. The load forecasting system researched in this paper adapted 3 layer construction which based on VB, .NET, and it established an forecasting platform which integrates province with town. It has 3 major functions: analysis of the feature of load, load forecasting and examination management, and this load forecasting system also has the functions of various kinds of load forecasting including: ultra short-term, short-term, extended
short-term, medium-term and long-term load forecasting. It took the meteorological factor and specific circumstance of the region into consideration, which embodies the intelligence of self-organization, self-learning and self-adapting. Now this system has been put into service in Hunan power grid, the practical application indicates that: this system can reduce the pressure of load forecasting and promote the precision of the forecasting, and it has a wonderful vista of popularization and application.
