基于ANSYS薄板GTAW焊接温度场数值模拟

本文采用双椭圆表面热源模型，利用有限元分析软件ANSYS 对薄板GTAW 焊接三维非线性瞬态温度场进行了计算机模拟，得到了焊件的温度场的分布规律。并与工艺试验结果进行了比较，验证了模型的有效性。

Abstract: A double elliptic distribution model of moving heat source was used ,and a finite
element analysis soft of ANSYS was used to simulate a three dimensional non-linear transient
temperature field for GTAW of thin plate. The result is to obtain regulation of temperature field distribution in the weldment. It shows better fitness between the numerical solution and
experiment results.
