喂毛机喂毛重量计算机测量系统的研究

为提高喂毛机喂毛重量的精度, 开发了计算机测量系统. 采用压力传感器对毛重进行检测, 利用数字处理方法对重量信号进行统计分析, 由计算机控制羊毛输出, 这在理论上具有重要意义. 实验证明, 该系统的精度较高.

Abstract: The paper discusses the p rincip le and const ruct ional design of the computer w eigh t ing woo l system in a hopper2feeder. In th is system,w e used digital p rocessing method fo r data measuring and analyzing. It has impo rtant theo ret ical value. The system measuresw eigh t of woo l using tension senso r and cont ro lswoo l output. The experiment p roves that th is system is h igh p recision, and supp lies the academ ic basis fo r im2 p roving the p roduct quality.
