PACS是实现医学图象信息管理的重要条件，它对医学影像的采集、显示、储存、交换
和输出进行数字化处理，最终实现图象的数字化存档管理和传输。PACS的目标是实现医学影像在医院内外的迅速传输和共享，使医生或病人本人能随时随地获得需要的医学图象。本文从身份认证、数据库和行为监控这3个层次设计和实现了分布式PACS系统的安全框架的核心部分。

Abstract: PACS is the realization of the medical image information management an important
condition for its acquisition of medical imaging, display, storage, exchange and output for digital processing, the ultimate realization of the digital image archive management and transmission. The goal is to achieve the PACS medical imaging in hospitals inside and outside the rapid transfer and sharing, so that doctors and patients by the time I can get needed medical images. In this paper, in this the core of the security framework of a distributed PACS system is designed and implemented on3-level of authentication, database monitoring and behavior.
