本文结合工程背景，设计并实现了分布式控制系统的近地/远程实时监控软件，其中近地中央管理级控制软件采用多线程技术实现，远程实时监控软件采用B/S结构实现。

Abstract: Combining with project background, this paper design and realize a type of Real-Time Monitoring and Control functional software which based on Distributed Control System. To realize this functional software, the central manage part use multithreads programming technique and the Remote Real-Time Monitoring part adopt Browse/Server Architecture.
