论文对MELP 编解码算法的原理进行了简要分析，讨论了如何在定点DSP 芯片TMS320VC5416 上实现该算法，并研究了其关键技术，最后对测试结果进行了分析。

Abstract:This paper briefly analyses the coding and decoding algorithm of MELP speech codec, and concretely discusses its real-time implementation on a fixed point DSP chip TMS320VC5416 and the key techniques.Finally, the testing results is being analyzed.
