Abstract: Based on the analysis of Ethernet technology, this paper expatiates the work principle, modeling method and message’s capable request. Besides, we describe the communication manufacturing of IEC61850 protocol in Ethernet and discuss the way how to design RTPS model in the Substation Automatic System.
