针对三台30MW 燃煤热水锅炉特点，由西门子S7-300PLC 和工控机组成三级DCS 控制系统，并采用了模糊控制、锅炉热效率实时在线监控、风煤比自寻优算法等先进的控制算法，时间证明系统运行稳定可靠，实现了锅炉的按需供热，经济节能和环保运行。

Abstract Based on the Simatic S7—300 PLC and IPC, a DCS control system of three 30 MW coal boiler is formed．In this control system a Fuzzy controller, an on-line computation method of real time coal boiler thermal efficiency and an adaptive and online automatic control to adjust the ratio of air to coal have been used. This system has stable running effect. Especially, the economic operation of coal boiler are realized.
