-IMT-2000 -
•Rec.M.1457 (Radio Specification Recommendation) is being updated almost annually based on contributions from external technical bodies. (Actual studies are conducted by those external organizations.)
•IEEE, in conjunction with WiMAX forum, submitted the proposal (IP-OFDMA, OFDMA TDD WMAN) for the 6th air-interface of IMT-2000 in Jan 2007.
•Though consensus on evaluation has not achieved in some areas, WP8F decided to send the proposal to SG8 in June 2007, with some comments expressed.
•Developed recommendations on global circulation, frequency arrangements (806-960MHz, 1710-2025MHz, 2110-2200MHz, 2500-2690MHz)
